Pros
The trainers were actually very knowledgeable and caring with the new hires.
Cons
It blows my mind that the company thinks people will be too stupid to not notice 20 great reviews on the same day (3/12) to bump up the rating. So sad. Leaving my former company and coming to this place was mentally and financially the worst decision of my life. I still have regret. The real scoop. There is a horrible lead structure where more than half the incoming calls are customers who were contacted by a paid third party company, and don’t even know who you are when you get on the line. If you’re lucky enough to get someone interested in insurance, good luck getting competitive pricing versus other insurance companies. The realistic salary one should actually expect to receive is at the high end of 35k. Most days are sitting around doing literally nothing, counting down the hours because the incoming calls are so scarce. Turnover as of when I left was upwards of 44%.
