You will still to this day see multiple advertisements for inside sales reps that say "From" $70,000 or "From" $70,000 - $150,000"
When you use the word "From" this indicates the minimum for the position. This is NOT what you get. What you get is $9.62 per hour. Told - We gave you lunch, your not allowed to eat away from your desk. Take a bite or two between calls. Don't get up from your desk for anything, period. If you do, you will be stared down by every manager or supervisor in the area.
Work-Life balance is crap - 6 day work weeks, if you don't work a Saturday, you are nor formally reprimanded but you sure hear about it on Monday. If you need to take a day off because of medical issues or you kids are sick, just know your going to be written up.
They say they want what is best for the clients. But this is NOT the truth. The truth is, just sell them a plan, you might save the client $5 on a copay but the other benefits of the plan are worse, doesn't matter, why didn't you sell them that plan? High pressure sales tactics for these seniors. I was even reprimanded because I didn't sell or change the plan of a client that was in Hospice. They really don't care about the client, only their bottom dollar.
If you have any kind of ethics don't come to this company.
