I get to work from home and the insurance kicks in fast.

You are lied to in training. I was told only inbound calls. More than 80% of my calls are third party or outbound. You are told how to handle calls in training to find out later the trainers had no idea what they are doing. The whole point of this job is to talk to people and keep them on the line. Even if the person sounds and tells you they aren’t well. We have to keep them on the phone. I was told I would be helping people and answering questions. The pay is lousy for what you put up with. I get cursed and yelled at everyday. I hate myself for this job. It makes me hate myself for this job.
