Pros

You get to work from home Monday-Friday (Except during the busy season Oct. 15-December 7) Management is always accessible During my time here I have never had issues getting my PTO approved! They provided everything you need (equipment) Their Compensation plan is very achievable Always promoting within the company!

Cons

I wish their health plans for their employees weren't that expensive! They only have one PPO option and one HMO option.

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
