      Pros

      Unbelievable earnings - this is my first year I have already hit 6 figures and it's not even the busy season. Unlimited leads & opportunities within. Incredible ongoing training and support. Selling a product that actually helps people who need help - so rewarding. Paid time off, lot's of paid time off, including all the major Holidays. Unlimited overtime.

      Cons

      Long hours during peak seasons but you are heavily compensated so it makes it worth the sore neck and back.

      Pros

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
