I'd recommend SelectQuote to any HR professional for the collaborative team culture, opportunities for advancement, and remote work flexibility. Even during busy or difficult seasons, the team is very supportive of each other and always makes people feel appreciated and valued.

Cons

Working for a sales organization can be very demanding, especially during busy times of year such as AEP. Be prepared to work extra hours and stretch your limits during these times.

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
