      Pros

      Work from home was convenient.

      Cons

      They treat their customers like numbers. Management does not tell you that they will fire you for not selling enough medicare to seniors, even when your manager lets you are know you are improving. They will not move you to another department like I was led to understand.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
