Pros

Paid training. They'll pay for your licenses in multiple states

Cons

They use every opportunity to cheat you out of commission (I had an internet outage and got reduced to the lowest their for the entire month. Wound up only getting 8 bucks a policy for commission) You're constantly yelled at by elderly people because the leads are bad. Expressed consent is not confirmed and they use a loophole to try and rope in senior citizens on outbound calls by claiming the call in "inbound" because a transfer agent "confirms interest" and "warm transfers" them over. Not uncommon for the poor old lady to be screaming "no" or being lead to believe that you're with their insurance company.
