      Great vision and dental. Tons of hours during aep. Remote work

      Cons

      Heath insurance is more expensive then if you purchased on your own. Tons of hours. Remote work. They only care about the numbers and wanna switch people no matter if it is good for them or not and they want to have you push the elderly who don't understand. Had tons of IT issues a new computer set would have been the saving grace...they when cheap with "fixes". Amazingly my last commission checks were not ANYWHERE near what they shod have been. And all equipment was returned.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
