Pros
Definetly not false advertising if you have a natural knack for sales. But if you aren't quick to prove your worth, your leads become horrible and it becomes a struggle to maintain 50k a year. Absolutely possible to achieve 100k with their model, just difficult.
Cons
Lack of communication with anyone above your direct manager means schedules change on the fly and your position gets bounced around constantly. For only getting a performance based reevaluation every 3 months, my training crew has been bounced around and releveled every month.
