Decent pay / commission structure

Cons

You're placed in a level system where once you have a bad sales day it becomes almost impossible to climb out. Anything below level three gets severely limited and receives the calls that think you're Medicare and Medicaid (or the clients that just want to waste your time). They often over-hire and either demote or fire people for factors outside the agent's control.

Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
