      Pros

      You can make lots of Money if you are a top earner. They fed you when you were in office. Was ok when in office.

      Cons

      Stressful, change the pay structure too often. After becoming remote you could hardly go to the restroom with out someone sending a message. Taxing mentally and emotionally. They only care about the numbers. I felt like they dangle the carrot in front of you then pull it back just as you reach to grab it. Not a honest company. Driven by greed.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
