Pros

Work from home and Flexible schedule in the off season but 60-70 hour weeks October - December. They will pay for your licenses which is great. Training was top notch as well with great trainers. Leads provided are ok and the money is good if you are a top agent.

Cons

Lead quality can be really bad at times. They change things around constantly and leadership makes decisions last minute and then expect the whole company to fall in line without complaint. Managers/Compensation structure/ sales process changes constantly. It seems silly but I’ve had maybe 6-7 different managers in the past 12 months and my compensation plan is rewritten every quarter. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes not so good. Hourly pay is low compared to competitors and the commission is getting worse.

Pros

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
