      Decent training Good direct manager Great team that I worked with Decent benefits

      Cons

      Upper management makes changes to the comp plan monthly Comp plan is overcomplicated and difficult to understand Targets low-income markets. Recycles leads and calls these poor individuals over and over again. Clawback rates tend to be higher than recruiters claim when you interview.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
