      Great people Engaging and fun work environment Rewarding Did not mandate Covid vaccine.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. No remote opportunity. I did not live close to the pharmacy so the gas prices at the time of this review were significant enough to warrant a remote rotation or a higher wage. Both were requested and both were denied. For anyone reading these reviews considering employment, negotiate a wage that is fair for your work and once you are onboard you will have an amazing time working for this company.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
