      Smoke and Mirrors game down pack!

      No Humanity you will not matter to this company unless you become one of the top 4 people in each dept out 150. I don’t recommend anyone working at this company. SelectQ actions don’t match their words do not believe anything they tell you. They love to dangle the carrot in front of you to chase but you will never reach it they make sure of that. There are better companies out there that have humanity and will not fight you for receiving unemployment due to being under a doctors care. They truly do not care about your just a body to SelectQuote!!!! Btw all the benefits they offer are TERRIBLE that alone should make you not want to apply.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
