      Pros

      SelectQuote has a well-developed engineering department that would make many tech companies envious with a great engineering culture and overall culture of learning. Everyone single engineer I've work with has been willing to help you when you need it and provide great, useful feedback on your work.

      Cons

      Executive leadership doesn't really know what they're doing, which has caused the stock price to drop and austerity measures to be implemented. This has caused talent to leave for companies with a more optimistic outlook. Also, once you make it to a certain level, you hit a wall and there's very little room for promotions/movement.

      Pros

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
