      Pros

      I am remote witch I love!!! My husband goes to work i get up get my girls together and jump on and work i manage to work and take care of my kids at the same time and i still get a lot done, and i can have dinner with my family now that means the most to me. the incentives are great I have some really understanding managers.

      Cons

      its recent changes that have been hard not only for me but alot of us they want numbers but the numbers they want you have skip lunch just to make the calls they want along with other stats if you dont stay in the top and drop down to the bottom 20% your fired but no pressure right we just have families to take care of

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
