      Pros

      Speaking from the IT side of things, not much. Used to be pretty cool but the only pros at this point is that they are not afraid to hire people starting off in the IT carrer and they often hire/promote within to continue to grow that talent.

      Cons

      Where to start? - Bleak company outlook. - Poor senior IT leadership. - Expensive benefits - Wages are often below industry averages. - Only way to make more money is to get promoted or go somewhere else. - Currently have a freeze on promotions. - Alot of senior talent has left.

      Pros

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      Pros

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
