      If you work hard good money to be made remotely

      Specific to my experience with this company, after 3 years not catching the virus, I caught covid, the last day was a Thursday so I was very ill from it. One workday Friday ,I sent an email that apparently they never got or just didn't respond to. when I tried to send another email, I was apparently locked out of my work email. After 3 days I received by my private email return all equipment .

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
