      Pros

      Zero pros worst company ever! Just when you think they cannot make it worse…..they do!

      Cons

      The lies they tell….wow! If you love being lied to, overworked, completely underpaid, if you enjoy having unrealistic expectations that constantly increase while your paycheck shrinks! If you embrace corporate greed and you have no conscience about the awful position they put the majority of customers in and you enjoy lining grossly overpaid executives pockets with money then this is the place for you!

      Pros

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
