      Pros

      Guaranteed income if they don't immediately fire you

      Cons

      ...if you get past that it is a constant grind where they incentivize you to work longer hours and talk to as many mentally unstable people as you can to try and sell life insurance to. It's good if you want to work on your sales skills, but doesn't make any sense long term since they take the lions share of the profits you reap for the company.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
