      Pros

      Lets you work at your own pace. Lots of good people to work with.

      Cons

      Very inconsistent. Don't think things through before implementing when it comes to changes. Everyone has a totally different answer to the same question. Changes happen weekly or monthly. You never know how to do your job cause they're always changing things.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
