Pros

work is not demanding and managers are cool. Leads are provided. Commission is good. Company stock is doing well.

Cons

micro management, not a lot of freedom in how you spend your time as a sales agent. Break time lengths and clock in times are catalogued and scrutinized for error. Compensation plans change year to year and season to season. Helping the customer doesn't always seem like the highest priority.

Pros

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
