      Pros

      Initial training was good. AEP initial compensation was fair but the compensation package changed 3 times in 7 months I was there.

      Cons

      Too many changes in job role. Never knew what to expect. Often no clear communication or last minute notices of change. Just thrown in to roles unprepared for. On boarding was misleading and frankly dishonest.

      Pros

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
