      Pros

      2020 was incredible. Good culture, fair compensation, spiffs for days, excellent training

      Cons

      Watched my compensation disappear. They continually moved the target for top tier. Spiffs, prizes, all the fun little extras vanished. They promoted poor leaders and I can only assume we’re forced by the shareholders to destroy the company. Look at the stock lol. Place is a joke.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
