      Free Coffee and clean bathrooms!

      Go check out the financial health of this train-wreck of a company. Stock price does not lie. Horrid leadership, no direction, no plan, bizarre approach to new ideas. You can read the horrible reviews from their sales force, now read one from a former Director. Also, probably the worst benefits and PTO I have ever seen from a company. One last thing, don't believe the lies that HR will tell you to get you to come to work at SelectQuote, they won't honor them once you show for your first day.

      Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Cons

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
