Pros

Supportive management, remote work, decent benefits

Cons

Make less per hour than teenagers at Burger King, all while having to have a state license and pass numerous certifications. Somewhat insulting pay.

Pros

Any Pro I would have is outwaited by the overall negative experience.

Cons

A firehose of false leads. The people calling in think they are calling in for a food card. There is no food card. They expect you to change their Medicare plan after they called in under false pretenses.
