Working from home no commute, the company recognizes every level of their divisions, i appreciate the company treats their employees as human beings

Pros

Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

Cons

The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

It’s a very large company.

Cons

Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
