Got to develop new relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Learnt new skills and gained vital experience which l applied to my task to the benefit of the organisation

Lack of incentives to motivate staff to increase morale. There is no refresher courses to sharpen the skills of employees. It is imperative for management to introduce bonuses and overtime to enable workers put in more hours of work to enhance production and morale of workers
