Pros
The team is awesome !! Nobody is getting excluded. We work hard, but this work is rewarded by cool company trips ( we have been to Tel Aviv, Miami and Lisboa). I love that you can just try out new ideas and that these ideas are actually valued.
Cons
Sellics is a really fast growing start up. So sometimes it can be stressful. The office starts to be too small, but we are moving soon so that won't be a problem I guess anymore .
