Pros

The benefits of working at Sellpy are mainly the people and culture for me. As a young employee, there are a lot of people of the same age and everyone is super friendly. The start-up feeling is still very apparent in Sellpy, which is noticeable in the playful culture, and openness to new ideas of improvement. This culture also allows for you to climb the ladder if you make your ambitions apparent. If you work as a driver you get a lot of personal responsibility in making sure that you complete your route before the deadline. This gives you a certain degree of flexibility when it comes to working hours as well.

Cons

The salary for drivers is pretty low. Especially considering the late work hours.

Pros

- Decent flexibility - Decent environment (for office workers) - Most colleagues are nice

Cons

- The breach between office and warehouse workers is huge. Warehouse workers are underpaid and exploited. - There is a clear division between Swedes and non-swedes. English is the official language only to get competent workforce. - They say their main drive is being environmentally friendly, meanwhile they open warehouses in eastern Europe because labour is cheaper, which makes items travel a lot more between the seller and buyer. - The Arnör family is literally all accommodated in upper management. - Growth is the priority at the expense of workers. - No benefits other than discount at Sellpy and H&M.
