      Pros

      People can do things the way they like without considering other departments.

      Cons

      There is zero organization within the company - Departments and IT work in siloes without communications. Politics are everywhere and people are not there to solve problems but play it to their advantage. I don't think i will recommend anyone who wants to get some work done to join.
