You can actually talk to management and leadership without feeling like there’s a wall between you. - The company actually lives by its values rather than just using them as marketing jargon. - The engineering department prioritizes helping each other over "being right," which makes for a much lower-stress environment.

      Cons

      - Fast scaling means some workflows and processes are still being ironed out. - Collaboration is high, which sometimes leads to a heavy meeting load.

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
