Pros

Even in my short stint of about 2 months here, I can confidently say this is one of the most genuinely people first organizations I've come across. The culture is incredibly collaborative here teammates go out of their way to support each other, and you never feel like you're navigating challenges alone. As someone in Sales, I've especially valued the mentorship from leaders who actively invest time in your growth and back you up when it matters. Work-life balance is real here, not just a tagline and you're trusted to manage your own time.

Cons

I've struggled to come up with anything significant here. No workplace is perfect, but in my experience so far, there hasn't been anything that's stood out as a real downside. The leadership seems pretty self-aware and open to feedback which usually addresses the issues (if any) straight up. So far, the pros vastly outweigh anything negative.

Cons

There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

Pros

The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

Cons

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
