Pros

Working here was great from the day 0. The recruiter who found me was positive and welcoming, the interview with the team went well. Test task was not easy, but it was worth it. For my first day there was a welcome pack that warmed by heart! Antitoxic and friendly environment in the team and in the company makes everyone look for solutions and not to find someone to blame. Different opinions are welcomed, initiatives are praised. I work completely remotely and yet I feel connected to the team. I have great friendships with some of my colleagues, I visited them in their countries and went to the offices, had a great time! By the way the offices are amazing! The salary is good, benefits are awesome: hobby & sports benefit, team activity budget, unlimited PTO. My work-life balance is awesome at the moment! CEO regularly updates the entire company on the plans and results, so you feel like you belong and you know where the company is headed. There are ways to grow in the company and lots of roles are filled internally, I saw my colleagues move to other teams, and I am now moving to a new and exciting role soon.

Cons

There were some complications with remote work after the relocation, but the company is interested to keep you, so we found a solution.

Very thorough onboarding and enablement process. Great culture and people. Excellent company & team communication.

Cons

There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

Pros

The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

Cons

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
