Pros

From the very first interview to my first weeks at SEMrush, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The recruitment process was smooth and professional, but what really stood out was how thoughtful and human the approach was. I received consistent follow-ups, plenty of support, and a warm welcome from everyone I interacted with. The onboarding was thorough and well-structured, making it easy to hit the ground running. I felt cared for, seen, and supported every step of the way. The benefits package is also a major highlight — top-notch health and life insurance, flexible and trusted PTO, and other thoughtful perks that genuinely support work-life balance. The Barcelona office is incredible: modern, comfortable, and filled with great perks that make coming into work a pleasure. But above all, the culture here is fantastic. There's a strong sense of team, collaboration, and a genuine interest in helping each other succeed. It’s clear that SEMrush invests in its people.

Cons

Honestly, none that stand out so far

Cons

There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

Pros

The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

Cons

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
