      Pros

      International and diverse environment – working with colleagues from different cultures makes it very interesting for me. Talented and motivated people, great energy. It's an awesome feeling to be a part of a growing company. People-centric culture: collaborative approach, open communication. A lot of freedom and trust – new ideas and initiatives are welcomed. Flexible work setup, with hybrid and remote options.

      Cons

      Its dynamic environment is a big plus for me, but it can be challenging for those who prefer more stability.

      Pros

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
