I have been with Semrush for five an a half years now. We have always been a highly innovative company that is constantly evolving, but I can honestly say it feels like a fresh start with a new company. We have an amazing founder who is going to help us venture into new areas, but this transition brought in a new CEO with a different bur refreshing approach. After five years things can start to feel stale but I dont feel that at all as our new CEO has a whole new set of objectives that are helping build on our previous success. The more I invest in Semrush the more they invest in me. I dont just mean a financial investment, my manager cares deeply about my growth and development and is helping me reach all my goals.
Cons
Any con that I could muster up would be trivial.

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
