      Pros

      Semrush's product is fairly good and competitive.

      Cons

      The sales management team lack awareness of how to motivate, pay and compensate as well as organize their accounts. I was hired away from another enterprise company and had 10 years constant success. Suddenly here I am a failure? Same situation with almost every new sales hire I met brought into semrush the last 18 months. What does that tell you? We can't all suck this bad...

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
