Hi there and thanks for the feedback! We are delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the office; we love it too. We are also glad that you’ve experienced our core values first hand. We passionately believe that core values should be lived out, not simply stated on a website. One small way that we show this is by recognizing demonstration of our core values every Monday morning on our “All Hands Call.” As we grow and develop, we are looking for ways to modify our benefits structure. We hope to soon manage our benefits “in-house,” which will give us much greater flexibility.
