There are a lot of higher ups who do nothing to help out.
If you want to move up, you will get moved around to different stores constantly. The only way to get better pay is to move up into lead or manager roles.
High turnover.
Really bad store managers.
The work is thankless and boring or you have way too much work to do and can never get help or get what you should done.
They don't fire people, just move them around.
You will get an employee discount, but their prices are so high that you will save more money at Pick N Save, Aldi's, Woodman's, etc. Most employees shop elsewhere.
Store has a cultish, brainwashed attitude where they see everything they do is the best, despite stores closing down and people quitting or performing poorly.
