Pros
Company gives the employees the time and resources to provide good customer service, most of the people that work there are nice and friendly.
Cons
Employees are horribly underpaid and overworked. There are never adequate staffing levels. Store-level management is not dedicated to making the workplace safe, fun or tolerable. Employees like myself that have been there a few years will start to see flat out verbal abuse from management. If you are under 25 and looking for an organization you can advance in, look elsewhere. Teenagers and young professionals are never considered for promotions, no matter your work ethic or expertise level.
