Poor Management - Anonymous employee Sendik's Employee Review

At the store I was at the management was lousy. They cut hours to the bare minimum and still expected the same amount of work to be done, when it doesn't get done they complain. Also, the Assistant store director walked around all day doing nothing and had no clue what was going on. Furthermore, they definitely have their favorite employees and grant them favors, meanwhile not caring about the rest
