Pros
Bonus at Christmas, Certain holiday's off, Benefit's were good. That's about all that I can think off. 10% employee discount.
Cons
Sendick's is the place to be employed at if you like being overworked & underpaid. It's all about who's butt you kiss here. You work hard and it get's you nowhere. I wasted 7 years of my life at that god-awful place. I was given 2-day suspensions for the following: for questioning the quality of product on the sales floor, and for the "tone of my voice" when I asked to go on break. I was let go because of my "attitude", but it was because I stood up for myself. When my Mother passed away, you would think they would send a card or flowers. nothing. A classless move by a classless company.
