Pros
Good in store management teams, A couple of owners who still care, You get a paycheck, The stores look nice inside.
Cons
Lack of leadership and continuity from upper management, Regular employees are paid fair market value but managers are not, company has lost it's direction and has a lot of management in its office and stores making knee jerk decisions based off of a fear they are about to be fired.
