Pros
The best part of working for this company is when you go on vacation. Albeit, you may work 8 days straight, and a shift your manager knows is not part of your "availability"!
Cons
Where to start... Promotions are given to people who have no work-life balance, and will tow the company line, because they are desperate for a job. I truly feel sorry for those who accept the hostile environment, and believe this is acceptable. If you are sick, which I rarely was, they will hound you to come in and tell your co-workers why you called in. My per hour salary increased $1.10 in four years, but I knew other employees who went years without raises, and some who were kept part-time status although working full-time. Most management is lacking in leadership skills, and some need to review very basic employer laws, as well as company policies.
