Great hours/flexibility. Friendly co-workers. Fast-paced work environment.

Cons

HR is terrible at communication. I've emailed several times, and never gotten a response. The only time they contact you is if it benefits THEM. They say employees are the #1 priority, but it's all a facade. The only way to work up in the company is to be favored by higher-ups. I was repeatedly promised I could advance in the company but was lied to every time. When I reached out about this, they brushed it off and ignored it. Pay is also terrible.
