Pros
-They start you at $8 -Benefits start after 3 months of full-time employment -Get off major holiday's, except for summer-time holidays
Cons
-employees come second -benefits ONLY apply to full-time employes -opportunities to grow are limited and very selective -raises are pathetic (I got deeply screwed over, and I work more positions than my job title) -management is poor -they are co-operative about time off, but not always understanding (I could literally go on forever)
