significant lack of accountability terrible support from HR team stressful holidays fairly sure that the pay scale for men vs women is different The HR team is constantly turning over and adding additional roles. They are not at all in tune with what the store needs as far as capable associates. The marketing director gave a 20 minute speech on "doing the right thing" and working the best schedule for the business needs. No one on his team works past 5pm or on the weekend. Same to be said for the HR team. There are HR needs after 5pm and on Saturday/Sunday. The non-operations side of the Support Center does nothing to support the stores. Insurance/benefits are terrible. Base pay isn't great.
